ABOUT ALISON
Alison has 30+ years’ experience of supporting hundreds of new mothers in various countries and cultures across the world, to prepare for and negotiate the post-natal period with their newborns. She uses simple evidence-based advice, optimising the natural cycle of lactation, to help her clients master the skills of breastfeeding quickly, easily and comfortably.
Alison has had numerous articles on breastfeeding published in parenting magazines, and her ante-natal and breastfeeding preparation courses have been translated into several different languages.
All advice and guidance to clients is supported by the provision of Alison’s e-Manual of Breastfeeding. This is now also available to her clients as audio clips to which they can listen whilst nursing their babies - providing ongoing reassurance and advice outside working hours.
